Anyone with a filing requirement can benefit from professional help, but it's especially valuable if you own a business, are self-employed, had a major life change, or received IRS notices. We prepare individual and small business returns — giving you accuracy and year-round guidance instead of seasonal software.
Our packages are priced by situation, not by the hour. A simple W-2 return starts at about $175, a family and homeowner return at about $230, and returns with investments, self-employment income or rental property start between $320 and $450. Every package includes your federal, Pennsylvania state and local returns, and you'll get a clear, upfront quote before any work begins. See the full price list or call 724-462-3079 for an estimate.
Bring photo ID, Social Security numbers for your household, all income forms (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s), and records of deductions such as mortgage interest, property taxes, charitable gifts, tuition and medical costs. New clients should also bring a complete copy of last year's tax return so we can pick up any carryovers and compare year over year. If you're self-employed or own rental property, bring your categorized income and expense totals (a P&L or a tidy spreadsheet). We send you a personalized checklist so nothing is missed.
Yes. We prepare returns for LLCs and sole proprietors, including Schedule C for freelancers and contractors. We also handle quarterly tax estimates so your business stays compliant and organized all year.
Don't ignore an IRS or Pennsylvania Department of Revenue letter — even a simple notice has a deadline. Bring it to us and we'll review it with you, explain what it means, and help you understand your options and next steps. The sooner you act, the more options you have.
Yes. In addition to serving Western Pennsylvania in person, we offer secure remote tax preparation for clients anywhere in Pennsylvania. You can share documents securely, review your return by phone or video, and sign electronically without visiting an office.
We're based in Beaver County, Pennsylvania and serve clients throughout Beaver and Allegheny County, including Center Township, Beaver, Chippewa, Hopewell, New Brighton, Freedom, Rochester, Beaver Falls, Aliquippa, Ambridge and Monaca. Remote service is available for clients across Pennsylvania.
Well before year-end — ideally by early fall. With the year still open you can choose when income lands, top up retirement contributions, bunch deductions into the right year and know your number before filing instead of finding it out then. Planning runs all year here; filing is one season of it.
Yes. We prepare federal, Pennsylvania state, and local earned income tax returns together, so your full filing is coordinated and accurate. We're familiar with Beaver and Allegheny County local tax requirements and multi-jurisdiction situations.
